        When will references be contacted?

                  As soon as you submit your application, any references for whom you included an email address will receive an electronic questionnaire.

         

        What if I don't want my current employer to be contacted unless you offer me a job?

                  Do not include this person as a reference.  Include them under Work Experience instead.

        What is the difference between Save and Submit on an application?

                  The SAVE button will save all of the information you have entered so far.  If you don't have time to finish your application in one sitting or if you need to gather additional information, you can save your application now and then finish the entry later.

                  You must click on the SUBMIT button when you have completed your application.  You will not be considered for the position until you click on SUBMIT.

         

        Why did my application come back with a question and what should I do now?

                  Answer the question and click RESUBMIT.  You will not be considered for the position until you click on RESUBMIT.

         

        How long will my application remain active?

                  Your application will remain active for 6 months.  After 6 months, you can resubmit a new application.

         

        Will the answers from previous applications roll forward to the new applications?

                  Most of the answers from previous applications will roll forward to a new application unless the previous application is 6 months old or older.
